Everyone ships something with the product every week, from the CEO down. It’s where most of the roadmap comes from.

Decisions live in documents anyone can read, so people in any time zone can do their best work without another meeting.

We ship many small changes a day and measure each one. Opinions are welcome, and evidence decides.
